My stay was definitely enhanced by the great central location, as it was just around 2 km to both the stunning Rashtrapati Bhavan and the beautiful Lodhi Garden, which made for lovely walks. also, I found the front desk staff really supportive when it came to resolving any queries I had during my visit.

The hotel features a beautiful lobby and maintains a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The staff is generally helpful, though the check-in process was a bit slow, and my initial room's cleanliness left much to be desired. Breakfast was quite enjoyable overall, with a good assortment of Indian and Western options.

The entrance and lobby display impressive decor, presenting a welcoming first impression. The swimming area is also a highlight, perfect for relaxation. However, the room was disappointing. it was dusty and inadequately maintained, with stained bathroom fittings and a bothersome noise from the nightclub nearby. Repeated requests for housekeeping went unheeded, adding to the frustration of our stay.

The room was comfortable, and the decor was nice it had this wide window that gave a great view. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, it had a spread that really could satisfy anyone's taste buds.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly Shabnam from guest relations and the duty manager, Rohit. The bathroom was stunning with a great view, adding to the overall experience.

I had an amazing time enjoying the outdoor swimming pool and soaking up the sun on the comfortable loungers! The spa was a highlight—I tried the full body massage, and it felt like bliss! The lobby area is stunning and gives such a warm welcome right as you step in!
